Have questions about buying or selling a home?
Ask Now!To Annmarie OToole, a house is not merely a building. A house that has been lived in is a part of someone’s life. It holds the story of a past, and it will hold the story of a future.
In some cases, it is a home that was purchased many years ago. A family was raised there, and memories were created.
The transfer of such a home is not merely a business transaction, but an emotional event, for both the buyers and the sellers.
That matters, and as an agent, Annmarie never loses sight of that fact.
Annmarie is a people person with a no-nonsense approach- immediately engaging, empathetic, responsible and someone you just want to be around. She’s passionate about real estate and fiercely dedicated to clients.
Although she became licensed in 2017, Annmarie’s love of real estate dates back to her childhood, when she was fascinated by watching her carpenter father improve or transform homes. As an adult, she developed a habit of visiting open houses both in the Greater Boston area and when she was traveling for work in her previous profession.
Along with real estate, Annmarie loves people. She loves talking to them, hearing their stories, and helping them accomplish their goals. She always takes time to listen, in order to understand those goals.
Through listening and responsiveness, she makes each client feel as if they were her only concern.
While she loves helping all buyers and sellers, she is especially drawn to assisting those who are downsizing. She knows it isn’t easy for them, but her care and attention make it less stressful, while her marketing skills give her listings every advantage in the marketplace.
Annmarie also enjoys helping families who are dealing with the sale of a home in probate. She holds the Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES) designation, but just as importantly, she has an innate ability to help family members peacefully reach agreement over the disposition of a loved ones’ home and possessions.
Born and raised in Boston, as an adult she has lived in various towns in Middlesex County, currently residing in Bedford. She’s assisted buyers and sellers in most of these towns, along with many in Essex County. Since no two communities are the same, she makes it a point to stay informed about the real estate markets in each town.
Past clients are quick to compliment her on her up-to-date knowledge of the area markets, her attention to detail, and her attention and responsiveness to them.
On a personal note, Annmarie loves to cook and to try both new recipes and new restaurants. She also enjoys walking with her best friend – a Chihuaha mix named Reba.
Annmarie will give her all to helping you sell or buy a home anywhere in Middlesex and Essex counties, Massachusetts. And she’ll do it with professionalism, skill, understanding, and your best interests always at the forefront.
